We are certainly grateful for shoppers with exquisite palates who appreciate fine chocolates and specialty pastries.
When will my order ship?
We know you are excited and eager to receive the fabulous creations you order! However, due to the perishability of our products, WE DO NOT SHIP FOR DELIVERY ON SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS OR MONDAYS.
We want you to enjoy the exceptional quality and careful packaging of your precious chocolates and pastries. We will ship when your product is ready and packaged. Your delightful order will generally arrive within 5-7 business days after your order is processed. We only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. We use selected ground and air carriers to deliver packages. You select the carrier from the list provided when you place your order.
Can I place an order to be shipped outside of the United States?
Due to the perishability of our product, we cannot ship outside the United States.
Can you ship chocolate during warm weather?
Like Frosty the Snowman, our special recipe chocolates melt in warm temperatures. For the safety of the chocolates you order, we do not ship them during warm weather.
Can I order a box of all of one piece or select the pieces I want in the box?
We do not offer this service online; however, come to our store or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-312-857-4154 and we will be ever so happy to assist you in creating and customizing your own assortments.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box or an Army Post Office (APO) or a Fleet Post Office (FPO)?
We love and appreciate our military personnel, but due to delivery restrictions and arrangements, we are not able to ship orders to P.O. Boxes or to APO/FPO addresses.
Do you offer same-day shipping?
We do not offer same-day shipping. We will ship when product is ready and packaged. Please allow us a little time to prepare and package your scrumptious order! We do not use warehouse shelves for stocking your precious sweets.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use selected ground and air carriers to deliver your packages. You select the carrier from the list provided when you place your order.
Can I use my own Federal Express Number to ship my order?
We are not currently able to charge shipments to other Federal Express or UPS account numbers.
Can I ship to more than one person on one order?
Yes, you can ship to up to 10 different addresses in a single order online. If you desire to ship to more than 10 different addresses, you will be so much more appreciated! Simply place additional orders online, or contact Customer Care at email@example.com or 1-312-857-4154.
Why did I get charged tax?
We all know that many state and local jurisdictions exact their pound of flesh, and require that we collect applicable sales tax based on the product and shipping destination.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
A receipt for your exciting order will be sent immediately to your email address after placing your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number, order total, and optional gift message within two hours of placing your order. Please review this information as soon as possible to ensure all addresses, items and arrival dates are correct. Will I receive a shipping confirmation?
We know you will be eagerly waiting and watching, so when your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation including the tracking number for each shipment. If your order has more than 10 recipients, you will only receive one shipment confirmation email. You may contact Customer Service at 1-312-857-4154 to request tracking information for all your recipients.
Can I create an account after I start placing my order?
Most certainly, Yes! After your order is completed, you will be asked if you would like to create an account, which will allow you to track your orders and will also make ordering easier for you in the future.
How long will Fabulously Sweet Creations, LLC chocolates keep their fresh taste?
Our fabulous chocolates will maintain freshness after opening if stored at temperatures that do not exceed 18°C (65°F). Please avoid heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.
How should I store the chocolate if I want to keep it fresh tasting for more than two weeks?
You can store your fabulous chocolate for up to two months, place package in two plastic bags, close tightly and refrigerate. Do not place on upper shelf of the refrigerator where the fan is located. You can store chocolate for up to six months by placing the package in two plastic bags, close tightly, and freeze.
How do I bring the chocolate to room temperature once it is removed from storage?
Keep chocolates in plastic bags until the entire package comes to room temperature. This will take approximately two hours if it was stored in the refrigerator, six hours if it was stored in the freezer.
Does your chocolate contain dairy products?
ALL of our dark, milk, and white chocolate may contain dairy or milk products. Any person with a dairy allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products.
Does your chocolate contain nuts?
ALL of our products, including solid chocolate pieces, may contain nuts and/or peanuts. Any person with a nut allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products.
Does your chocolate contain gluten?
ALL of our products, including solid chocolate pieces, may contain gluten. Any person with a gluten allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products.
How far in advance should I place my favor order?
We recommend that you place your order four to six weeks before the event and select a delivery date of one week prior to the event. Store the favors in a cool, dark place cooler than 70⁰F. Do not store them in the climate-controlled packaging that they are shipped in as the chocolates are fragile and may absorb an odor from the packing material.
What is Fabulously Sweet Creations, LLC policy on donation requests?
Although we love helping people and organizations and would like to honor all requests, we receive hundreds of solicitations for donations and promotions annually and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate everyone. As a result, we prioritize and make donations to select organizations that we partner with, as well as make donations to organizations that are supported directly by our fabulous employees.
Do you send Samples?
We do not ship free samples. However, if you would like to sample an assortment of our fabulous creations, please come visit our store, or contact Customer Care at email@example.com or 1-312-857-4154, and we will be delighted to assist you with descriptions and suggestions to help you customize your order.
Why didn’t my promotional code or promotional offer work?
From time to time, Fabsweetcreations.com will offer special promotions. Many offers have a time limitation, or require a minimum order amount, to qualify for the promotional offer. A minimum order amount does not include tax or shipping and cannot be split between multiple shipments. Offers are valid in the U.S. only, on orders placed on Fabsweetcreations.com. Promotional offers are not valid on previous purchases and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. Fabulously Sweet Creations, LLC promotions are not redeemable for cash.
